Recently there was video of the upcoming Ghostbusters game shown at Sony’s Gamer Day. Some of the footage is new while other parts we have already seen. This game will most likely be a day one purchase for me, I grew up with this series and characters and still love them to this day. Supposedly the game is based off of the 3rd movie in the series that was canceled. Not sure if that is true or not though. All I know is I loved the first two movies growing up and still to this day.
The game is already confirmed to feature the original cast of Dan Aykroyd, Bill Murray, Ernie Hudson, and Harold Ramis. Also according to the game’s SITE the game itself is already on 15 most wanted games of 2008. I can completely understand as to why so many people want to play this game, and want it to actually be good and successful. A lot of gamers from this generation grew up with Ghostbusters and have nothing but fond memories of the movies and cartoon series.
