The Buzz! lineup originally started on PS2 with Buzz!: The Music Quiz in 2005. Since then there have been 13 Buzz! Titles released on the PS2, PSP and now the PS3. Being the first Buzz! title released for the PS3, Buzz!: Quiz TV is also the first Buzz! title to support the PS3 Trophy system with its 1.10 Patch.
Buzz!: Quiz TV supports 1 to 4 players locally, and up to 16 players online in Sofa vs. Sofa play. Another first for the Buzz! series is DLC. With the PSN and the PLAYSTATION Store players can now purchase new quiz sets to test their ever expanding knowledge with the additional DLC ranging from National Geographic to (our favorite) Video Games. The expanding question base doesn’t end there, as thanks to My Buzz! anybody can create and play their own quiz’s own PC. These quizzes are also playable from within the game!
Buzz!: Quiz TV comes with 25 total Trophies. Don’t let this number fool you though, as a majority of the games Trophies aren’t Bronze. The title has the Platinum, 7 Gold, 11 Silver and 6 Bronze.

The Barnard Award Gold (Gold): Score over 5000 points in a singleplayer game
The Barnard Award Silver (Silver): Score over 3000 points in a singleplayer game
The Barnard Award Bronze (Bronze): Score over 1500 points in a singleplayer game
– You’ll need to be a fast reader and know your topic. There are 18 questions worth up to 299 points each depending on how fast you hit your buzzer. You’ll need to average around 278 per question to get the Gold.

Sofa Subjugator Gold (Gold): Win over 50 games of Sofa vs. Sofa

– Win the associated number of games of Sofa vs. Sofa. There is no minimum of players, which means two player games offer the best opportunity to win.

– This can be tough. You’ll need to be a quick reader and know your subjects. As soon as you see the right answer start mashing the button.

[Hidden] He’s on Fire! (Silver): Correctly answer ten questions in a row
– Answer ten questions in a row, it’s easiest to complete in a subject that you know fairly well.
– Or use the PS button to freeze time and look up the answer on Google.
[Hidden] Channel Hopper (Silver): Play through a game on every channel
– Play through a game on every channel shipped with the game. Purchased DLC does not count toward the trophy.
[Hidden] Casting Agent (Silver): Play using every contestant
– You must play with the original characters that shipped with the game. The characters you do not need to play as are the ones who have silver stars on their portrait.
[Hidden] Flawless Round (Silver): Correctly answer all questions in a multiplayer round with all players
– Start up a multiplayer game with all four buzzers. Select your topic and have each buzzer answer the question with the same answer. You’ll need to get all questions in a single round right with every player. The ‘Point Builder’ and ‘Fastest Finger’ rounds are the easiest to complete this on.
