Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time is sure to make a big impact when it lands on store shelves later next month, and will supposedly complete the the trilogy that started with Tools of Destruction and Quest for Booty. But unlike its PSN predecessor, A Crack in Time is going to put a big emphasis on replayability, something that PlayStation owners have come to expect from the series.
On the latest episode of Insomniac’s Full Moon Show, the team revealed explicit details on how owners of A Crack in Time will get the most bang for their buck. Not only will extra skins be included, but also cheats and even a challenge mode. The cheats should give players a leg up in completing speed runs through the game’s campaign. And certain weapon cheats are even tied to gold bolts and skill points.
A Crack in Time also includes a very tough replay boss that will require players to max out their weapon upgrades and combat skills. The optional moons should also provide some extra fun on the side for those who enjoy exploring the vast universe of Ratchet & Clank Future.
