NIS America has announced Nippon Ichi Software is developing PlayStation 3 exclusive, Disgaea 4. Developer Nippon Ichi has opened the game’s teaser site to accompany the announcement of the RPG.
Disgaea 4 is the next installment of Disgaea; a hardcore, turn-based, strategy role playing franchise which established itself amongst the PlayStation 3 faithful. In Disgaea, character units have a limit to their movement and attack ranges, based on level and weapons equipped. Additionally, the title features special game factors that let you take advantage of the 3D battle map. Disgaea 4 will also boast an all-new graphic engine with an emphasis on anime-styled visuals. Disgaea 4 is currently scheduled for a release in February, 2011 for Japan while the west get the RPG next summer.
