With the release of the LittleBigPlanet 2 beta to those of us on the Western side of the Atlantic just last week, it’s time for another influx of incredible levels. Is there anything LBP2 can’t do? Portal it seems, isn’t one of them.
That’s right. Valve’s runaway hit, with the sequel coming to PlayStation 3, has been recreated in the LittleBigPlanet 2 beta. YouTube user EBjak has uploaded a level to the beta using nothing but the tools within Media Molecule’s game. What sets this level apart from other game recreations is that the Portal level in LBP2 uses the portal mechanic to create a unique experience.

The levels and platforming of this level, while not perfect, are not just a recreation of the original game. Never-before-seen portal puzzles can be created in this game, and that is more exciting than even the BEST recreation of something like Flower. What do you think?
