PSOne games have seen a huge resurgence lately on the PlayStation Store and developer Atlus will be joining the fray, only this time on the PSP. Atlus has announced via Japanese magazine Famitsu that Persona 2: Innocent Sin will be making it’s way to the PlayStation Portable with an updated feel to it.
The game will feature updated visuals, gameplay tweaks and new animation for the games opening. Innocent Sin never actually found its way to western audiences when it released on the PlayStation One. Instead audiences out west received the 2nd part of Persona 2, titled Eternal Punishment. Atlus has refused to comment yet on whether this PSP game will be coming stateside just like the original did back in 2009.
