Konami has let loose that X-Men Arcade will be mutating onto the PlayStation Network come December 14th, for the low price of $9.99. The game has had a rough time nailing down a solid release date with Konami changing their minds as often as their socks, so it is nice to finally see a set-in-stone release date.
If you have just landed here from an alien planet and don’t know what you are getting with this game then I will go ahead and help you. In X-Men Arcade you will be able to play as Cyclops, Colossus, Dazzler, Nightcrawler, Storm and Wolverine as they take on Magneto and his goons. These goons include the likes of Pyro, Juggernaut, The Blod, and Mystique. The game will feature 1-4 players locally and 1-6 players online, making it one hell of an addition to the PSN library.
So look for X-Men Arcade next week on the 14th.
