When LittleBigPlanet 2 was first announced, gamers were given an original release date of mid-November, but as we approached that date we were given the unfortunate news that it would be delayed until early 2011. Even though we had finally received a release date, gamers were still hesitant to get excited. Well, now we have been given word that you can finally start getting excited.
Announced on the PSBlog, LittleBigPlanet 2 has officially gone gold, and is all set for its US release of January 18th. Not leaving out their European fans, Media Molecule announced on the European PSBlog an official release date of January 19th across Europe, the 20th in Australia and New Zealand, and finally the 21st in the UK.
Now that the wait is almost over, all that is left is to brush up on your skills by trying out the LittleBigPlanet 2 demo, which is now on the PSStore.
