[Update] Firmware 6.37 is now available.
It has been a few months since we last had an update for our PSP and the wait seems to be nearing a close. Eric Lempel, VP of Network Operations at Sony has revealed that a new update, v6.37, will be releasing soon.
Don’t expect a monster update though as Eric has stated this will be about improving existing features.
This is a minor update that improves system software stability during use of some features.
Stability is always a good thing and anything that helps features run smoother is a plus. Minor updates sometimes including the framework for upcoming features, but none have been announced. We will keep you updated when the firmware goes live so stay tuned to PlayStation LifeStyle.
