Yesterday in Tokyo, The 2011 Winter Next Generation World Hobby Fair kicked off with a bang. While the event is primarily geared towards smaller, grade/elementary school age children, Square Enix made sure all attendees received a look at one of their upcoming limited edition PSPs.
Sony gave attendees an early (and rare) look at one of the limited edition DISSIDIA 012[duodecim] FINAL FANTASY Chaos & Cosmos PSPs, although it was in a glass display case. One interesting thing to note is that it appears to be running either a specialized demo, or the final product (it’s clearly not running Dissidia 012 Prologus), and the release date has not changed putting it day and date with the Japanese release scheduled for March 3rd, 2011.
How’s that for a beautiful PSP? It’s doubtful that it’ll ever come stateside, but here’s to hoping.
