The Ratchet & Clank series is most widely regarded for its action-packed single player gameplay. With the exception of the final iterations of the franchise on the PlayStation 2, multiplayer has been surprisingly absent amongst even the next generation titles until the latest from Insomniac. Being the first title to come out of the new North Carolina studio of the original Resistance developers, the four player cooperative gameplay emphasis in Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One was without a doubt a bold initiative but in the latest trailer for the upcoming title, the video shows off that the game can also be enjoyed alone.
Judging from the trailer above, it looks like longtime fans of the Ratchet & Clank series will have nothing to fear when it comes to enjoying the new title like they always had been.
