The PlayStation Network version of Dungeon Defenders has received its official release date courtesy of Trendy Entertainment and Reverb Publishing. This tower defense action-RPG will be releasing on the PSN on October 18th, a day before the release of the PC and XBLA versions.
In Dungeon Defenders, players can create a custom character from four different classes, customizing your character’s equipment and pets with each level. The game will feature both offline and online co-op for 4 players. The team also released a video which details one of the modes in the game called Combat Phase. Here you put your skills to the test against wave after waves of enemies.

The PlayStation 3 version of Dungeon Defenders is the only version to feature 3D and Move support and will be launching October 18th for $14.99. Oh, and if that’s not enough, cross-platform play with mobile devices will be patched into the PS3 version post-launch.
