Frozenbyte’s side scrolling puzzler Trine 2 will be released on the PlayStation Network next week. To celebrate, the developer has released a brand new trailer for the game.
For the uninitiated, Trine 2 is a sidecrolling puzzle game that has the player defeating baddies and solving physics based puzzles. The unique part of Trine 2 is that you are actually playing three characters at once. The melee based knight, the nimble thief and the magic concurring wizard. You’ll have to use the abilities of all three to get through the puzzles. The cool thing is that you can switch between any of the three with single button press.
In the new trailer our friend the knight is trying to solve a puzzle by throwing a hammer across a platform. He just can’t catch a break can he?
Trine 2 will be available on the PlayStation Network on December 20th in North America and 21st in Europe.
