Square Enix has filed a trademark request for ‘Hitman: Profession‘ in Europe. No other information regarding the trademark filing have been revealed leading to speculation about its intended use.
Last month it was revealed that Square Enix was expanding the development studio behind Dues Ex Human Revolution, Edios Interactive, as well as opening a new studio called Square Enix Montreal. The new studio is set to begin work on an unannounced future entry in the Hitman franchise in 2012, so that game could possibly be titled Profession.
But Profession could always be something else entirely, perhaps a PSN game or a Facebook title. What would you like new from the Hitman franchise? Let is know in the comments below.
