2XL Games has announced that arcade racer Jeremy McGrath’s Offroad will release next Tuesday, June 26th, on PSN for PS3.
On the PS Blog, 2XL Games Rob Rinnard made the announcement, alongside a reveal that the game will be priced at $9.99.
Discussing the game’s features, Rinnard noted that the game supports 1080p, runs at 60 frames per second and has audio support for 5.1 Dolby Digital Surround Sound. The game’s Career Mode allows players to pick from a wide variety of rigs, which can be upgraded as players make progress in it. Career Mode won’t be the only way that players will find challenges, though, as environments in the game include “dynamic obstacles” such as breakable fences, rock slides, falling trees and more.
Offroad also has online multiplayer support for up to eight racers, in addition to real-time statistics tracking and leaderboards.
