11 bit studios has announced that Anomaly Warzone Earth will be making its way to PS3 via PSN.
Anomaly Warzone Earth is a “Tower Offense” title with local co-op. In the game, players work together to defeat an alien invasion in battle by combining their forces. One player controls the squad and the other player plans strategy, but both must boost each other’s abilities to win.
The game is already available on a number of platforms, including Xbox Live Arcade, Android, iPhone, iPad, Mac, PC, and Linux.
11 bit studios did not specify a release date for the PS3 version, only noting that the game is currently scheduled to be released in the summer and that they’ll update later with more information. The PS3 version of Anomaly Warzone Earth, in addition to three unannounced titles, will be present at gamescom this year.
