Elsewhere, Splinter Cell: Blacklist debuted at #2, The Bureau: XCOM Declassified starts off at 10th, PayDay 2 takes a major drop of 76% and 17 places to finishes 18th, with Disney Infinity in third place, selling 3.6 times more Starter Packs at launch than the first Skylanders game and doing 43% on Xbox 360, PS3 at 22%, Wii at 21%, Wii U at 10%, and 3DS at 4%.
