Japanese PSN’s Most Downloaded Games of 2013 – See Where Journey, Final Fantasy, Dragon’s Crown, and Others Rank

The Japanese PlayStation Store has posted a best-seller list for 2013. We already knew that Vanillaware’s Dragon’s Crown was a big deal, but these 2013 PSN charts prove it once again, as the Vita and PS3 versions of the game go 1 and 2 on the overall top 10.

Here are the overall 10 best-selling PSN games in Japan this past year. The PSP games on this list can also be downloaded on Vita, and presumably were, in many cases.
