We’re expecting news on DriveClub‘s release date for North America and Europe, but it seems that PlayStation Official Magazine Italia might have let the cat out of the bag early. According to a Facebook post, the magazine said (once put through Google Translate), “We like the “hunch” that # Driveclub will arrive in June, but you do not tell anyone …”
DriveClub, the PS4 exclusive social racing game from the guys at Evolution Studios, was originally supposed to release last year as a launch title, but got delayed. A release in February isn’t likely and March will likely have all eyes on Infamous: Second Son so it probably won’t release until after then. A June release date could put it right in the thick of E3, but it wouldn’t be the first time a big PlayStation exclusive launched in June (The Last of Us).
Until we hear anything official this is still just a “hunch” so like every rumor, take it with a grain of salt.
