Sony Aware of Recent PSN Issues, Status Still Shows “Heavy Network Traffic” (Update)

Ask PlayStation has finally confirmed that “PSN is online.” If you’re still experiencing problems with the PSN, they say, “Power cycle your network devices and your console: [details on PlayStation Support], then try again.”

While we can still hold out hope that PSN name changes…
