It was a busy time for new releases last week in Japan, with Bravely Second on 3DS taking home first place by moving 100,000 copies.
Rounding out the top five for new releases, TV Anime The Idolmaster on PlayStation 3 was 2nd, Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory II on PlayStation 4 was 4th, and BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma Extend was 5th. If you’re wondering why the PlayStation Vita version of BlazBlue isn’t on the chart, it’s because the game was a digital-only release.
Looking at hardware, the PS4 remained at #1 with sales of over 20,100, and the PlayStation Vita managed to hold off the New 3DS XL to stay at #2.
