DICE’s Patrick Bach has said that Mirror’s Edge Catalyst will include multiplayer features, but will not have any live competitive modes. In an interview with IGN during E3 2015, Bach said that the development team did discuss the inclusion of live multiplayer, but decided to separate players physically while still maintaining connection to other players.
