As you may have guessed, PlayStation 4 console sales skyrocketed after a couple slow weeks, with the new price drop helping it rise by over 42,000 and moving a total of 46,000 units.
Over in software, it was a huge week for new PlayStation games, with Tokyo Xanadu on PlayStation Vita finishing #1 with nearly 89,000 sold. Rounding out the top five are Pro Evolution Soccer 2016 for PlayStation 3 and PS4 moving a combined 87,500, and Yoru no Nai Kuni for PS4 and PS Vita selling a total of 68,800.
