Digital Foundry is at it again, this time taking a look at the PlayStation 4 version of Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, which can be found in Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection.
This new remastered version of the original Uncharted 2 game, which was released for PS3, offers up a great deal of visual improvements. Now running at 60fps and 1080p, the game also features some remade textures, effects, and models, on top of other, more technical improvements. Digital Foundry also pointed that the title runs smoother.
The video at the top of the page pits the PS3 version of Uncharted 2: Among Thieves against the upcoming PS4 version of it, showing just how startling the differences between the two are. It is also important to mention that the PS4 footage being shown is before the 1.01 game patch, which is expected to offer more minor improvements.
Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection is set to release on PS4 on October 9. What do you think of the differences between the two versions of the adventure game?
