Vocaloid music and furiously fun finger-killing rhythmic gameplay aren’t the only things Sega is working on for Hatsune Miku’s next game. As in past Vita installments, Hatsune Miku: Project Vita X will include use of the system’s the augmented reality (AR) capabilities. Not only can you be doing something totally embarrassing by pretending to meet up with a virtual idol, you can do it on hardware that embarrasses its maker. Amazing!
Sega is set to release the Vita version on March 24 in Japan, while the PS4 version has been announced for later within 2016.
We just recently posted a music sampling trailer here. Meanwhile, I played the game and wrote about how much I enjoyed it here.

Using AR to take photos of the characters in real-life backgrounds that won't look as good as they do.

Oh hai Miku!
Show it to your friends for whole seconds of entertainment, right until one of them wishes aloud that your camera were better.

It's like she's really on my couch!
*Image may not properly depict the shit level of Vita's camera.
