Ever heard of Five Night at Freddy’s? Regardless if you’re a console or PC gamer, chances are you’ve heard of the horror game sensation that now has spanned four games, an upcoming RPG spin-off (Five Nights at Freddy’s World) and even a film treatment provided Warner Bros. actually goes around to making it.
Those who want to play Five Nights at Freddy’s on a console might get their wish soon. Over on the game’s Steam community page, series creator Scott Cawthon was asked, “any chance one of your games may get ported to a console?” Rather than not answer, or give a canned response, Cawthorn actually acknowledged that he’s talking to people to bring it to consoles as a remake.
Actually, yes! It will happen. I’m talking with a few companies who are interested in doing console remakes of the original games. 🙂
Not familiar with Five Night at Freddy’s? It’s a point-and-click horror game where the player has to survive being trapped inside a Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza joint where the establishment’s animatronics come alive at night.
