With the PlayStation Store update today in North America, both Red Faction and Samurai Shodown VI have gone live for PlayStation 4, priced at $14.99 USD each. In Europe, Samurai Shodown VI will be available on November 25.
Although both are likely PS2-on-PS4 games, neither listing highlights that fact, though Red Faction is listed in the PS2-on-PS4 section. Furthermore, Red Faction has a release date of December 6, so it’s possible it was published early on the PlayStation Store, just like Destroy All Humans.
A 1.3GB download, here’s the description for Red Faction:
Lured to Mars by the Ultor Corporation’s promise of a better life, thousands have come to seek their fortune and work for the massive mining company. But all is not as it seems. A deadly plague is sweeping through the barracks, and miners suffer daily abuse at the hands of the Ultor guards. Is a revolution on the horizon?
