In a separate tweet mentioning President Trump’s “covfefe”, developer Ghost Games says the name for Need for Speed 2017 will be revealed later this week:

If the image from earlier this month is any indication, we’ll get the details on Friday, June 2.
So far, we know this year’s Need for Speed will have the ability to pause, an offline single-player experience, customization, and cops.
Need for Speed 2017 will be playable at EA Play next month alongside Star Wars Battlefront II, FIFA 18, Madden NFL 18, NBA Live 18, EA Sports FIFA on Nintendo Switch, and more.
