Japanese Sales Chart: Everybody’s Golf Tops the Charts in Its First Week

The first week sales for Everybody’s Golf managed to soar to the top of the Japanese sales chart. The latest entry in Clap Hanz’s beloved golfing series managed to sell over 100,000 copies natively, and managed to surpass both Monster Hunter and Dragon Quest in the process.

As far as hardware goes, the Nintendo Switch once again managed to top the charts by a wide margin. It outsold the second best selling console (the PlayStation 4) by nearly 30,000 units.

Several other newly released PlayStation titles managed to chart as well. Nights of Azure 2: Bride of the New Moon managed to place sixth with over 18,000 copies sold, and the Vita version of the same game came in 11th. Resident Evil Revelations‘ PS4 port also sold well enough to be the 10th best selling game of the week.
