Dark Horse and Insomniac Partner to Release Ratchet & Clank Art Book

Over the last 15 years, Insomniac has released 11 Ratchet and Clank games. For the fifteenth anniversary of the series, Dark Horse, Insomniac, and Sony Interactive Entertainment are taking a look back at the history and development of the games in The Art of Ratchet & Clank, with never before seen concept art and behind the scenes commentary that chronicles all 11 titles. Dark Horse and Insomniac announced the Ratchet & Clank art book together.

For 15 years the most unlikely heroes in the cosmos have been adventuring across the stars, kicking butt and taking names. Ratchet & Clank have rescued innocent civilizations, taken down evil corporations, defeated robot armies, incited space prison breakouts, and even colluded with interstellar pirates!

“It’s amazing that Ratchet & Clank is turning 15,” said Ted Price, CEO and Founder of Insomniac Games. “The whole team here has put a lot of love into the series. We’re thrilled to be able to share this collection of artwork with Ratchet & Clank’s loyal fans.”

The Art of Ratchet & Clank will be available on February 21, 2018. It is currently available for pre-order at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, TFAW, and your local comic shop.

The most recent Ratchet & Clank game was a PS4 remake of the original title and earned high marks from us as a great experience that feels as fresh as it did when the first game released.

Insomniac have proven once again that they can make very polished games that are visually cutting edge, and give players plenty of ways to play and have fun. I knew that I was looking forward to revisiting Ratchet and Clank’s origins, but I didn’t know how much I’d really missed Ratchet & Clank until I got the opportunity to play it all over again for the first time, and this brand new experience is every bit as good as I remember it being 14 years ago.

Are you going to be picking up The Art of Ratchet & Clank when it releases early next year?
