Cyber Sleuth Hackers Memory Sales

Second Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth Hacker’s Memory Trailer Out

PS4/PS Vita「デジモンストーリー サイバースルゥース ハッカーズメモリー」ティザーPV第二弾

Bandai Namco has uploaded the second teaser trailer for Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth Hacker’s Memory, the side story expansion to Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth that will also add new gameplay features and, more importantly, more new Digimon into the roster.

Hacker’s Memory will have a side story starring a new protagonist (whose default name is Keisuke Amazawa) who joins the hacker team Hudie to find the true culprit who used his identity to commit a cybercrime. More new characters will also appear in this new story, such as Erika Mishima, the shut-in heroine who has genius skills, Ryuji Mishima, Erika’s elder brother and the leader of Hudie, and Chitose Imai, Hudie’s vice leader.

We’re also able to spot a number of new Digimon that didn’t appear in the original Cyber Sleuth and will be newly added in Hacker’s Memory. For example, there are Vritramon, Garmmon, KaiserGreymon, and MagnaGarurumon from the Digimon Frontier show. Dorugoramon, the Mega digivolution line of Dorumon that was mysteriously absent in Cyber Sleuth, is also finally getting added here.

We also see new additions of Neptunemon, TyrantKabuterimon, Breakdramon, and Slayerdramon through this video. In total, Hacker’s Memory will add a total of 71 brand-new Digimon into the roster. Note that the Japanese release mentions 73 new Digimon though, as Beelzemon Burst Mode and Evil Cherubimon, which were added in the Western release of Cyber Sleuth, were never included in the original Japanese release.

Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth Hacker’s Memory will be released for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita in Japan on December 24, and in the West later on in 2018.
