The Fortnite’s Fall Skirmish 2018 was announced on September 11, 2018, and now we know the details for the event. Similar to the Summer Skirmish, “500 Fortnite community creators and competitors” were invited to partake in the tournament. Each individual was divided into one of five clubs, which are Fort Knights, Lucky Llamas, Dusty Dogs, Rift Raiders, and Bush Bandits.
Based on the performance of the participants, each Fortnite team will be awarded points weekly. At the end of the six-week tournament, the clubs will win $4,000,000 in prizes, based on points.
The format of the competition will be fairly similar to the Summer Skirmish 2018. The first week of the Fall Skirmish will begin September 21, 2018. The Week 1 Skirmish involves duos, and points will be awarded by Victory Royales and eliminations.
- Victory Royale: +3 points
- 2nd-3rd Place: +2 points
- 4th-5th Place: +1 point
- 8+ eliminations: +3 points
- 6-7 eliminations: +2 points
- 4-5 eliminations: +1 point
The duo with the most eliminations will also receive an extra two points. After six matches, the top 10 teams will be awarded a prize, along with club points.
In addition, the Week 1 trial will be “Squad Goals.” Club members will team up in squads, and the top-performing squads from each club will be rewarded:

The skirmishes and trials for Weeks 2-6 have not been revealed yet, though it was announced that the finals will take place during TwitchCon. Also, as a reminder, the Fortnite Fall Skirmish is starting just ahead of the upcoming Season 6.
