Bethesda released a new co-op trailer for Wolfenstein: Youngblood at its E3 2019 press conference on June 9, 2019. The game is the next chapter of the Wolfenstein franchise, and is set in an alternate universe version of 1980s Paris. It supports online co-op gameplay, so you don’t need to take out Nazis on your own.
Wolfenstein: Youngblood takes place two decades after Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus and will launch on July 26, 2019 for the PlayStation 4, the Xbox One, the Nintendo Switch, and the PC. In it, BJ Blazkowicz is missing, and his twin daughters Soph and Jess are tasked with finding him. It has previously been confirmed that it will feature more open levels, like the Dishonored series.

The previous game in the series, Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus, was developed by both MachineGames and Panic Button Games, and was published by Bethesda Softworks. It initially launched on October 27, 2017 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The Nintendo Switch version of the game was released on June 29, 2018. Just like the other modern Wolfenstein games, The New Colossus takes place in an alternate version of history where the Nazis won World War 2, and everything went to shit.
As with any Wolfenstein game, players get to kill plenty of Nazis using a ton of different kinds of weapons. If run-and-gun gameplay is not your style though, you can play the game stealthily, sneaking through levels, picking off each Nazi one by one in a methodical game of cat and mouse. Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus’ campaign consists of a total of 11 main story missions for players to complete. Check out our review here!
