The PS5 release of Bloober Team’s survival horror title The Medium will have a trophy list centered around a variety of challenges, including several tied to the collection of Echoes, objects, and memory shards. There will be a total of 40 trophies to collect, including three Gold trophies and ten Silver trophies.
The trophy list was revealed ahead of The Medium‘s release on September 3, 2021, via the trophy list website Exophase. Most of the bronze trophies can be picked up along the way on players’ initial playthrough without much thought. Challenges include running for a total of 2 kilometers, as well as using the Insight function for at least 15 minutes and the “out of body” function for 10 minutes.
Silver and Gold trophies, however, will take a bit more precaution. Specifically, there are several challenges that will require players to pick up a significant amount of in-game collectibles in a single playthrough. As the game revolves around looking around a building for clues to progress to the next area, some of these collectibles will be easy to find while others may be hidden in plain sight.

- Unforgiven – You sent the Childeater away
- Unrepentant – You sent the Hound away
- Puzzling Out the Past – Reconstruct all Memory Shards in a single playthrough
- Devouring Darkness – Find all pages from Richard’s diary in a single playthrough
- An Unknown Outcome – Find all of Thomas’ notes in a single playthrough
- All That’s Left Unsaid – Find all of Frank’s postcards in a single playthrough
- Followed the Trail – Find all of Henry’s Echoes in a single playthrough
- Phantom – Escape the creature without alerting it
- Dual Detective – Inspect 50 objects in a single playthrough
- Thunderstruck – You defeated the creature in the flooded ruins
