The list of PS5 Pro enhanced games continues to grow as yet another studio has announced support for the console. Developer 333Studios will be launching an enhanced version of its upcoming survival horror game, Retrieval, with improved graphics and higher frame rate. The developer has promised that Retrieval will look “stunning” on the base console as well.

333Studios has said that Retrieval will feature higher fidelity ray tracing and a sharper resolution, thanks to PSSR. While the studio didn’t reveal the frame rate and resolution of the enhanced version, it did say that Retrieval will run at higher, more stable frame rates on the PS5 Pro, guaranteeing “smoother gameplay” and “more responsive controls.”
Retrieval was most recently showcased at Gamescom 2024 in August. Players will take on the role of a researcher named Hana Loshe, who has been left stranded on a distant planet. The game will utilize 3D audio for an immersive experience as players “navigate through a ravaged world in a bid to survive, facing relentless challenges and terrifying adversaries at every turn.”
