Sony has announced that it’s shutting down a poorly implemented PlayStation program after gutting it and rendering it useless earlier this year. Yes, we’re talking about PlayStation Stars, the loyalty program that we all briefly enjoyed when Sony was generous enough to allow PS Plus subscriptions to earn points, with no expiry date on hard-earned coin.
