With the Ys series pretty much all but wrapped up by publisher Xseed, it is time for them to turn their attention to yet another series in need of a stateside PSP release. In steps The Trails In The Sky series to pick up where Ys left off and Xseed just so happens to have the rights to all three games in the series.
The first title in the series, The Legend Of The Heroes: Trails In The Sky is in line for a March 29th release in the US and Chapter 2 and 3 should be following close behind it. For those who don’t know, Trails in the Sky puts players in the boots of Estelle and Joshua Bright as they uncover the dark side of the government. Combat is turn based with players giving orders to their troops in turns until the AT bar is emptied.
This is all great news for PSP owners who will be receiving yet another solid RPG series starting March 29th, 2010.
