Square Enix’s Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD Remix is slated for release on March 14th in Japan.
This high definition re-release bundles together three Kingdom Hearts titles, including the original PS2 release, Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain Of Memories and the cutscenes from Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days. Oddly enough, Kingdom Hearts II is not included in the package, leading one to believe that a Kingdom Hearts 2.5 HD Remix is probably in the works as well. Perhaps they’ll also include the PSP release Birth by Sleep?
If you missed out on these games when they were first released, or just want to re-experience these games in HD (like me) then start praying that Square Enix brings it to the west, as right now it’s only confirmed for release in Japan exclusively on the PlayStation 3.
