Sega has announced that the next Yakuza game will be officially unveiled on August 24, at 21.00 Japan time via Niconio. The title will be coming to both, the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4.
We reported all we know about this game so far on July 1. Supervisor Toshihiro Nagoshi and Producer Masayoshi Yokoyama of the series had confirmed to Famitsu magazine that this game won’t be a spin-off, and will be a fresh entry. We’re also told that the new Yakuza will feature bustling urban environments, and that the developer hopes it will be well-received by its target audience of males.
