Looking for a new Burnout game from Criterion? Well, you’re going to be in for a long wait if so, as the studio has confirmed that it’s not on the horizon for now.
Over on Twitter, Criterion confirmed this news, but also mentioned that Burnout is the studio’s heritage, and they relish going back to it one day.

Criterion is said to be working on an untitled game which has ATVs, bikes, and even choppers, You can watch the trailer named “Going Beyond Cars” here.
For those looking for the next Burnout, a group of former Criterion devs have formed Three Fields Entertainment and is working on the spiritual successor to the franchise.
