Today, Square Enix revealed that during an upcoming broadcast, the company will be revealing a new character for the arcade version of Dissidia Final Fantasy.
The broadcast – which will broadcast across Youtube and Niconico on October 3 at 20:00 JST – is officially the 12th such stream for the game, will also feature Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: All-Star Carnival heavily, in celebration of the arcade rhythm game’s one year anniversary.

In addition to the debut of a new character, there will be details on the latest version of the game, as well as information on the game’s approaching two-year anniversary in November. Dissidia Final Fantasy producer Ichiro Hazama, director Takeo Kujiraoka, and Famitsu’s Bunbun-Maru will be featured.
Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: All-Star Carnival Part
Information on the game’s one-year celebration campaign and future update news. Composer Nobuo Uematsu and Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: All-Star Carnival director Masanobu Suzui will be featured.
It’s important to note that the character is set to be announced for the arcade version only, but it is likely they will be ported to the PS4 in the future. Make sure to stay tuned for any future updated.
