We already know that there will supposedly be “hundreds” of titles available when PlayStation Now, Sony’s game streaming service, eventually launches, but we don’t really know what titles the service will launch with. Well, we may have a hint thanks to a Reddit user who spotted PS3 games appearing on the PS4 PlayStation Store.
The titles, found in the Day-1 Digital section of the online store, included Dead Island: Riptide, The Last of Us, Far Cry 3, Grand Theft Auto V, Payday 2, Dead Space 3, and Diablo III among others. All games were labeled as free but no download option was given. Only overview and recommendation options were available.
This is likely an error, but it could also tie into the PlayStation Now beta currently under way and may point towards some of the games that will be available for PlayStation Now when it launches in the US this summer. We’ll be sure to let you know if Sony releases a statement on the matter.
What are your thoughts on this potential leak? What titles would you want available at launch for PlayStation Now? Let us know in the comments below.
