Sony has announced players will no longer be able to get 1-to-1 support for PS5 and PS4 consoles via Twitter when the AskPlayStation Twitter account will stop providing assistance for gamers in need. PlayStation Support via Twitter will no longer be available from August 1, at which point players will need to head online for help.
